Cover Ender 6 with aluminum profile
This is a Upgrade from Nr.4768034 + Nr. 5348027

Another version of the Ender 6 cover with aluminum profiles.
This model is for the original Ender 6, so without the opening on the right for Bowden and KW hoses.

The lower angles have a bevel on the right and left sides to center the cover when putting it on.

Each of the 4 corners at the top and bottom, as well as the angles and handles are the same.

The 4 acrylic glass panes are screwed from the outside via M4 round head screws with T-slot nuts in the aluminum profile, like the original installation space.

For the assembly are needed:
4 pcs. 2020 profile 240mm
24 pcs. M4x10 round head screws with T-slot nuts
16 pcs. M4x10 round head screws with washer and nut
1 pc. M4x10 (knob for cover)
4 pcs. M5x10 round head screws with washer and nut
To prevent the nuts from possibly cracking the acrylic washers, washers should be placed under the nuts.

Update:
I made a mistake in the listing. There are 24 pcs. M4x10 screws with T-slot nuts and correspondingly 16 M4x10 screws and nuts.

Update 04/19/2022
I also added bevels to the front and back of the lower angles. This will help center the lid when it is put on.
Acrylic walls were adjusted more accurately.

Cover Ender 6 mit Alu-Profil

Eine andere Version des Ender 6 Covers mit Aluminium-Profilen.
Dieses Model ist für den original Ender 6, also ohne die Öffnung rechts für Bowden und KW-Schläuche.

Die unteren Winkel haben an den Seiten rechts und links eine Schräge, damit die Haube beim Aufsetzen zentriert wird.

Jeweils die 4 Ecken oben und unten, sowie die Winkel und Griffe sind gleich.

Die 4 Acrylglas-Scheiben sind von außen über M4 Rundkopfschrauben mit T-Nut Muttern im Alu-Profil verschraubt, wie der original Bauraum.

Für die Montage werden benötigt:
4 Stk. 2020-Profil 240mm
24 Stk. M4x10 Rundkopfschrauben mit T-Nut Muttern
16 Stk. M4x10 Rundkopfschrauben mit Scheibe und Mutter
1 Stk. M4x10 (Knopf für Deckel)
4 Stk. M5x10 Rundkopfschrauben mit Scheibe und Mutter
Damit die Muttern möglicherweise nicht die Acrylscheiben aufsprengen, sollten Unterlegscheiben unter die Muttern gelegt werden.

Update:
In der Auflistung habe ich einen Fehler gemacht. Es sind 24 Stk. M4x10 Schrauben mit T-Nut Muttern und entsprechend 16 M4x10 Schrauben und Muttern.

An den unteren Winkeln habe ich auch vorn und hinten Schrägen angebracht. So wird der Deckel beim Aufsetzen besser zentriert.
Acrylglas-Wände wurden genauer angepaßt.
