Vintage radio knobs, set for Elektrit Allegro

This is set of knobs for a 1938 Elektrit Allegro radio.

Included are:

1. Allegro center big, this is main tuning knob, outer diameter is 70 mm, mounting shaft has diameter of 9 mm.
2. Allegro center small, knob for changing band, outer diameter is 30 mm and shaft is approximately 7 mm.
3. Side right and left, are knobs for volume and tone, the right knob is for tone and it has small circular hole to indicate its position. Both knobs have diameter of 38 mm and 6 mm shaft. Painting the circular hole in tone knob with white marker is recommended.
4. Allegro center small, knob for changing band, outer diameter is 30 mm and shaft is approximately 7 mm.
5. Side knobs inner ring, this ring replaces the brass ring that is on the inside of the side knobs. I suggest smoothing it with sand paper and painting it with gold (use "antique" gold) spray paint before gluing it.

Printing the knobs

I have printed all knobs with 0.12 mm layer height (0.4 mm nozzle) and 55 mm/s speed in PLA and they looked very nice.
Underneath each knob there is a slot for a nut that is used to hold the screw that will push against the shaft . I suggest using M3 nuts, you can file sides a little bit to fit them into a rectangular slot.
