Description
A stand for a Sequre ES126 electric screwdriver and the Wiha Go Box MicroBits Set.
I have one of the ES126 small electric screwdrivers from Sequre. This model has more torque than the WowStick, so I prefer it. However, because it's still not widely available in the US, there aren't many accessories for it. The only stand I've seen for it holds it in the upgright/vertical orientation, precariously balanced on the tip, where the slightest breeze will knock it over.
In addition, the bit storage that came with the Sequre driver is just terrible; the case is hard to open, and once you get it open, the bits have a tendency to come loose and make a mess. Also, the bits aren't the best quality.
So when I saw that Wiha makes this nifty little kit with 4mm micro-bits, a small (handheld) driver, and an extension, all in a nice metal box, I thought it would be great to combine that with the ES126 and design a nice stand that holds both of them.
The stand has cutouts to make it easy to pick up the driver, and a little area between the driver and then bit box to hold screws or bits while you're working.
The USB-C charge port of the SQ-ES126 is accessible while it's in the stand, so you can charge it.
The holder should print in any material - it is a very simple print with no bridges or overhangs, and therefore does not need supports. It does not need to be paricularly strong, but I printed it with 4 perimeters and 20% infill to give it some weight.
You can find the ES126 on AliExpress and Bangood, but I recommend buying directly from Sequre's web site: SQ-ES126 at sequremall.com.
I got the Wiha Micro-Bit kit from Amazon. The Wiha kit is the 39 Piece ESD Safe Go Box MicroBits Set, #75980
You can optionally insert 3 5 x 5mm cylindrical magnets in the holder in the floor below the Wiha box. These help to prevent the box from lifting out when you open the lid or pull out a bit. Press the magnets in from the top side (the holes are chamfered on top, to make it easier to insert them).
As always, I have made the CAD (Fusion 360) source available so that you can customize it as desired.
