Redone cad for all files

I was having trouble printing the thin wall of the hook loop.

I made it thicker and added Filet rounds for strength. I haven't printed it as of yet.

Edit: I spent a bit more time on the "c" version and added rounding on all edges.

Edit: I wanted to change features on the base so I drew up 2 different bases.
