NSK Ultralight Effector for FLSun SR

I tried to get the lightest setup for a Bowden effector équipes with a pair of 5015 blowers

You'll need

• 2x 5015 24v fans

• 1x 3010 24v fan for the hotend

• 6x 8mm balls (with m3 inner threads)

• the stock dissipator with it's pneufit or an XCR model (lighter with the integrated pneufit)

This setup is not intended to work with the stock balls

1 - Print the Effector (3walls, 4 top and bottom layers, 40% to 60% infill)

2 - insert the blind screws in the plate and let about 6mm of usable threads

3 - tighten the balls on the screws, make sure they touch the effector

4- Install the dissipator and secure it with the bracket

5 - install the heatblock and secure the heatbreak in place

6 - get the cables through the plate

7- install the fan

8- install your favorite fanducts

9- Install the sensor support

10 - install the 5015 in their ports and secure them with hot glue (don't worry it works perfectly)
