Non è più un problema stampare il TPU con la Super Racer!
Ho progettato un nuovo case per trasformare l'Effector da Bowden a DirectDrive e, per l'occasione, ho pensato di installare uno dei migliori Hotend per alto flusso: il Magnum Mosquito di Slice Engenieering.
Per quanto riguarda l'estrusore ho cercato di restare su qualcosa di leggero ma dalle ottime prestazioni: lo Sherpa mini.
Chiaramente tutto il gruppo Effector è diventato più pesante rispetto al V6 Bowden, cosa che, per una Delta, non è assolutamente positiva, lo so.
Sarà necessario scendere leggermente con i parametri di stampa, soprattutto quelli di velocità. In compenso la ritrazione è diventata minima, ho eliminato lo zHop e non ho mai più avuto problemi di estrusione (il CLONE BondTech DualDrive stock è veramente pessimo!).
Quello che ho perso in velocità l'ho recuperato nella gestione delle retrazioni.
Io mi sono stabilizzato con i seguenti valori:

Ricordatevi che ho dovuto modificare la piastra in alluminio dell'effector per poter ospitare il Mosquito.
Ho allegato il file STL della piastra modificata. Qualcuno ha provato anche a stamparla, ma io preferisco mantenere rigido almeno questo componente.

It is no longer a problem to print the TPU with the Super Racer!
I designed a new case to transform the Effect from Bowden to DirectDrive and, for the occasion, I thought of installing one of the best HotEnds for high flow: the Magnum Mosquito from Slice Engenieering.
As for the extruder, I tried to stay on something light but with excellent performance: the Sherpa mini.
Clearly the whole Effector group has become heavier than the V6 Bowden, which, for a Delta, is definitely not a good thing, I know. It will be necessary to go down slightly with the printing parameters, especially those of speed. On the other hand, the retraction became minimal, I eliminated the zHop and I never had problems with extrusion again (the CLONE BondTech DualDrive stock is really bad!).
What I lost in speed I recovered in the management of retractions.

Remember that I had to modify the aluminum plate of the effector in order to accommodate the Mosquito.
I have attached the STL file of the modified plate. Someone has also tried to print it, but I prefer to keep at least this component rigid.
