Glue 2 parts together
Best results are to use hot glue. Melt a puddle of hot glue (mix pigment powder quickly to add color). Wait till hot glue is slightly firm. press stamp down into the hot glue and wait till fully dried. Peal stamp from hot glue to leave an impression of the stamp. (heat up with a heat gun slightly to smooth out any layer lines)
I have not tried this yet but I would imagine you could melt hot glue in a wax seal kit and do everything that way as well.
