NSK Ultalight Effector and Deported fans for FLSun SR

Here's the full setup to get an ultralight effector with deported cooling fans

If you don't want to install deported fans, check this version

You need

• a 3010 24v fan

• 8mm ball with M3 inner threads

• M3x20mm headless screws or M3x20mm threaded rod sections

• A 12/15mm light and flexible tubing you can find on this kind of pump

• An XCR heatsink (optionnal, the stock one also works)

• A CHC Heater Core Heatblock (optionnal, a volcano or the stock heatblock will do the job)

1 - Print the Effector (4walls, 4 top and bottom layers, 40% to 60% infill)

2 - insert the blind screws in the plate and let about 6mm of free threads

3 - tighten the balls on the screws, make sure they touch the effector

4- Install the dissipator and secure it with the bracket

5 - install the heatblock and secure the heatbreak in place

6 - get the cables through the plate

7- install the fan

8- install the fanducts (Model B fo CHC, A for other heatblocks

9- Install the stock leveling sensor support

10 - install the 5015 supports ion the back arm rods and hotglue the fans in it

11- Cut two lenghts of tubes and connect it in the effector plate and in the fan supports (the lenght must be sufficient to avois stress on the tube when the print head moves
