Featherboard with Replaceable Heads (m6)

This is just a featherboard with replaceable heads.

Features:

• Replaceable 'feather' head.
• simple shape, fast to print.
• Flipable, flat on both side. Works on table or fence. (Depends on your t-track position on the fence)
• No support needed.

Why replaceable head?

• No need to re-print the whole shape if the 'feathers' broke. Save time, save filament, save the earth.
• experiment with different types of materials to suit your needs.
• experiment with different feather shapes / angles / thicknesses.
• color customizeable!

Including extra 2 optional head designs (thin and thick). And 1 experimental head (spiky head) inspired by featherpro product, best printed with flexible filament (tpu)

T-nut fits standard 19mm miter slot.

Hardware needed:

• 2 m6x40mm bolts and nuts
• 3 m3x15mm allen hex bolts

Don't worry, I zipped the main parts, that's the basic thing you need to get this featherboard to work, here it is
