LEDClock_v2
1x - Wemos D1 mini
4x - 15bit WS2812 PCB (curved)
1x - 220~330 ohm resistor
Print everything with 0.2 layer height
printing the faceplate:
Print layer 1 to 19 using black pla
Print layer 20 to 25 using white pla
print layer 26 to 29 using black pla
My printer has a buzzer, i added the gcode : M300 S932 P300 halfway layer 19 and 25
like this my printer informs me that the filament change is nearby
confirm that your printer supports buzzing and if m300 is the correct command!
1 - solder the 4 led pcb's togerther (dont foget not to solder 1x din to out!!)
2 - solder the wiring to the pcbs (take note that the dignal wire is in the top of the clock (wire is soldered to the led that will be placed in the 12hr mark in the cover, wiring goes down to the base at the side of 12 3 6 hr (the other side has 4 ramps to keep the chip straight after placing it down
3 - guide the wires trought the leds base and esp base
4 - solder the wires to the 5v gnd and D4 pins
5 - place the led ring in the faceplate (optional: use a little glue to help you keep it in place during step 6)
6 - push the led base over the faceplate (having the fist led (where the wire is connected to) in the 12h spot (upload a simple sketch that lits the first led so you can visually confirm if you struggle mounting it with the led base)
7 - mount the esp in the bottomplate using some small skrews (or simply glue it)
