Ikea Skadis Standard Hook

There are a few Ikea Skadis pegboard hooks available on Thingiverse, but none that I have seen match the original design.

This was measured and designed exactly to the original piece specifications, the only alteration is that I did not round the corners, for printing purposes. This actually makes it fit just a bit tighter than the original, which turns out to be a good thing.
