Cylinder Manipulation Tools for 4040 T-Slot Plate (Rotator, Dispenser)

These tools were primarily made for the FANUC Standard educational package and the original cylinders it came with, but will work with anything that uses the 4040 T-slot plate system.

The tools can be installed both ways horizontally, so with both in the same T-slot rail or in two neighboring ones.

I tried to make them as easy to print as possible, so no supports are needed, and as low-profile as possible, for the robot to be able to navigate between them easier.

Blender source files are also included, with the cutting done via boolean modifiers.

The cylinders themselves are 25mm in diameter, and 40mm in length. Fanuc supplied us with some in their kit, but we also made some ourselves from 25mm aluminium pipe cut to length and 2x 25mm pipe endstops.

The dispenser can fit around 6 cylinders at once, and it is easy to take them out using a robot thanks to it's low-profile design. The rotator can then be used rotate these cylinders in all directions. The robot's gripper can be 30mm wide at most for this to work.
