Layer 1:

14x 'Minis Box 2x2'

Layer 2:
2x 'Tokens - Damage_Justice'
5x 'Token Tray - Three Across'
2x 'Token Tray - Four Across'
1x 'Tokens - Under Clue Cards'
1x 'Clue Card Holder'

The third box (as pictured) uses 3 more 'Clue Card Holders' to keep the extra clue cards safe.
