+++++ Update..07-08-2026....fixed the main band parts, Bandv2.stl, and H10-Strong.stl for a better fit with the screw clips. The bands were a bit narrow, causing the clips to squeeze in too much and break. Keep your old band and make a washer about 1/16 thick, or download the file again and print a new band, either one. They both (the bands) are fixed and a bit wider now. I fixed the width, and either should fit nearly perfectly. Use vise-grip pliers to hold them squeezed in while you drive in the screws. I uploaded a washer to print one for each side to save printing a new band, if need be.
+++++ Update...03-26-2026--- Added "V4-Extra Strong No Glue CLIP.stl" will be extra strong to hold the printed band with the small screws. Some printer filament is a bit brittle with age. This one may last longer. There is no Left or Right Clip, fits both sides, just flip around for either side.
+++++ Update...12-08-2025--- H10-Strong.stl--Uploaded a Stronger full headband for the Bluetooth headphones. Want spring out as easily. It may be tight, but it will stay form longer. Watch which side you install, so the fat side is on the back or the side you wish it to be on.
+++++ Update...newer version-2...for full replacement of the main headband.
MY headband broke on both sides, right above the knuckles, where the headband would snap closed for travel. If yours broke on either side, you can break off the other side and replace the whole band with this part. Save and install the padding with this part. Be careful not to break the wire going from one ear to the next.
This part is 10 times stronger and better than the original band. The ear puffs still extend for adjustments.
Version-2 is better because it keeps a better spring for better holding around your ears and head. I also made two sizes of the clip that you use small screws (machine or tap #6 may work well) and for a tight fit for use without glue and a loose fitting one for using epoxy or some type of glue with. Use pliers to squeeze the type clip together to thread in the screws. May bust depending on the type of plastic you use. I'm going to get some epoxy and print the other clips later. Didn't have any, and the tight one may last a long time before busting off.

Broke my headset trying to adjust the spring. This fixed them better than new ones!!! If the curve or arc want fit your head size, just heat the printed part with a hair blow drier and adjust it to your liking........... :)
Use 4 small (#6) screw and nuts to mount to your headset. Must drill holes.
