Remixed 45 degree pillars for sablebadger's modular watchtower and walkway's terrain

This remix adds and modifies files from stablebadger's modular watchtower (specifically the 45 degree angle parts), as the last pieces would both rotate the walkways, AND the pillar, which i did not partticularly like on my set, as such i added pieces so that the pillar can remain at the same orientation, while still allowing for 45 degree walkways
