Description
I wanted to get a more realistic car experience for driving lessons and decided to mount an actual turn signal lever (wiper) onto my Logitech G25 wheel base.
It may fit other Logitech Gxx models, but I cannot verify.
The turn signal lever I use is one of the cheapest I could get my hands on and probably they all have different mounting options. See attached photo.
This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kwFxGQTCb26
Due to the curved surface of the wheel base and shape of the turn signal bottom you will have to cut out a rectangle to place the protruded connector.
4 x M4-15mm
4 x M4 nuts
M4 washers
Print the mount with supports and check that your turn signal fits inside (side clips should click when installed in full depth) and M4 nuts fit inside respective side slot.
To properly trace holes you would want to also print the hole tracing pattern. The tracing pattern is provided as separate file and should be printed upside-down. Contrary to the model itself has a pivoting circle. Put the circle around the bare wheel column (without wheel) and mark holes accordingly.
