Description

In order to replace the standard CH Products rudder potentiometer of the CH Pro Pedals with a Chinese WH148 B100K potentiometer an adapted version of the original bracket. Printed in standard PLA.

The new bracket is designed, that it can be mounted on the top plate of the rudders to ease the mounting. In case the cables needs to be routed to the back, you need just to mirror the bridge.

I replaced the electronics of the pedals some years ago with an Arduino configured as HID joystick. The WH148 B100K is connected to an analog input. The used range of the potentiometer range is not very much due to the original lever design. It uses around 20% of the full range, but still enough for the simulator. With a higher resolution ADC or some OPamps this could be improved.

In the assembly model I used the generic potentiometer model from Willian Lissberg. Thanks for that.
