Magnetic Paw Box

Guide

• Printed with PLA, can be printed with any material
• The drawers must be printed with supports
  • I had to sand the drawers to make them slide smoothly
• Magnets:
  • 5 cylindrical Neodymium magnets for the drawers:
    • maximum 6 mm diameter
    • maximum 3 mm thickness
  • 5 cylindrical Neodymium magnets for the body:
    • maximum 10 mm diameter
    • maximum 3 mm thickness

Source

• The source is a Blender design (.blend) using node geometry
• You can change the number or compartiments in each box using Blender:
  • From outliner, in Collection "design/drawers/drawer-i" (5 values for i in [1-5])
    • Select the object "drawer-pad-i"
    • Opens the "Geometry Node Editor" view
    • Locate the node "drawer-generator"
    • Set the value of parameter "Compatiments" that suits you
