heat set insert adapter for Dremel workstation 220

Umbau einer Dremel WorkStation 220 zur Einschmelz Presse für Gewindeeinsätze. Ich nutze hier einen Ersa 30W Lötkolben und das ruthex Einschmelzhilfe Set.
Der Adapter wird anstelle des orignal Adapters montiert. Zum Aufschrauben der ruthex Einschmelzhilfen nutze ich einfach eine M5 Zylinderschraube die ich am Kopf gekappt habe und anstelle der Ersa 5mm Aufnahme Spitze eingesetzt habe. Man kann auch einen Gewindebolzen oder Gewindestange verwenden. Auch eine kürzere Schraube (mind. 20mm) würde gehen, aber je mehr Länge im Lötkolben steckt, desto besser die Wärmeübertragung.

Conversion of a Dremel WorkStation 220 into a heat set insert press for thread inserts. I use an Ersa 30W soldering iron and the ruthex melting aid set.
The adapter is mounted instead of the original adapter. To screw on the ruthex fusible links I simply use an M5 cap screw which I cut off at the head and insert instead of the Ersa 5 mm socket tip. You can also use a threaded bolt or threaded rod. A shorter screw (at least 20mm) would also work, but the more length there is in the soldering iron, the better the heat transfer.
