The cupholders in my 1999 LX470 appear to have been designed for holding 10 oz coffee mugs, with no concession for other containers.
MechE30 designed a part that dramatically increases the size, type of cups and bottles that will fit in the cupholder area in the LX470, LC100, UZJ100.
I created this remix, as the original one piece design was too big to print on my 235mm x 235mm print bed. The parts for the remix should easily print on a printer with 150mm x 150mm x 150mm build volume. Additionally, this design requires less support material than the design by MechE30. I printed it in PETG. If it deforms in the summer heat in my vehicle, I will print it again in nylon.
The "top" parts will need to be mirrored to work in a *RHD vehicle . The mounting area in the vehicle is subtly asymmetric.
