DAYSAVER bottle cage mount
Daysaver is a handy little/light trail side bicycle tool. A bottle cage mount is available, but it doesn't fulfill my requirements:
- This one works with the rubber caps that cover the bits.
- It's hidden behind the seatpost water bottle.
- Print yourself
Haven't lost it (road usage ~700kms) yet.
FEATURES
- "lift, twist, unlock" mechansim, preventing loss if you use a rubber band (better: inner tube ring - 3mm wide)
- adjustable in hight
- aero-tight fit
USAGE
- The "lock" can be printed standing or laying
- Glue and slide lock from the top over the mount
- Cut yourself a ~3mm wide ring from an old inner tube and loop around the bottom of the Daysaver
- Mount, mount, ride!
