This is for mounting on 32mm steering.

Needed:
2x M4 screws 40mm coneheaded

2x M4 nuts

Edit:
After print tested it, I needed a higher hinge.
Added 2 parts for a higher hinge.

And note,if you mirror the base, remember to mirror the nut too :-)
And if you do then you have to screw it reverse, which it hard for your mind to remember.
