Description
A wall-mounted USB charging shelf for use with the Superdanny Fast Charger that I purchased on Amazon.
I added some cable holders printed from flexible TPU filament on the sides, and a lower platform to hold any additional devices that may need charging.
A 90° power adapter is used to prevent the charging cord from running into the wall.
It has a removable faceplate which I printed using a strategic filament swap a few layers up, which isn't strictly necessary.
I cut the lower shelf from some 1/4" plywood I had laying around and stained black, but you could easily 3D print it if you wanted to.
I added a few beads of hot glue to hold the faceplate to the shelf, the charger to the shelf, and the shelf to the brackets.
Finally, I purchased some shorter USB cables so they wouldn't get annoying. The ideal length in my experience is 7 inches (18 cm) or greater.
