Description

This is a 3D printed Handle for a Leather Flogger. It is an awesome design.

The idea is to use the wrap core to be the central point around which you would wrap the leather falls. I went with 100 x 1cm falls. May have to vary this depending on your design and the thickness of the leather.

Then once wrapped, place that into the core_thread (this is the only piece that has to be printed with supports... I couldn't figure out how to do this without them). Place 3x the Clamp pieces evenly around the Falls and then screw the Head and Core_thread together.

Then print the Tube and Decorative Core. They should be toleranced to fit nicely together already.

Then the Hilt and screw on to the rest.

The threads are not toleranced. So you may have to scale the head and the hilt by like 1-2% in the XY dimension. Don't scale in Z. For me I did 1% and it still required a lot of working to get the threads to seat all the way.
