Description

Danke an rosch8 für das wirklich tolle Original-Windrad.
Nachdem das Original-Windrad schon einige Zeit problemlos lief, wollte ich es größer bauen. Habe die Nabe, das Rotorblatt und den Spinner auf 150% vergrößert und die Lagersitze und die Schraubbefestigung geändert. Der Rotordurchmesser beträgt jetzt ca. 620 mm. Im Rumpf ist eine Edelstahl-Gewindestange mit zwei Muttern befestigt, die Muttern habe ich mit Zweikomponentenkleber gesichert. Der Rotor ist mit zwei Kugellager 608 ZZ gelagert. rosch8 hat die Rotorblattgeometrie sehr gut erstellt, dadurch kann der Rotor beeindruckende Drehzahlen erreichen. Die Rotorblätter gibt es in vier Ausführungen, No-Normal, Wl-Winglet, Br-Bremsflügel, 225x225 passt auf Druckbett 225x225 mm. Es können sieben verschiedene Leitwerke montiert werden.
An den Sechskantflächen der Rotorblätter liegen die Außenringe der Lager an, diese Flächen glätten und das Maß messen. Distanz23 im Schneideprogramm auf die gleiche Länge oder etwas größer skalieren. Die Lager müssen sich in der Nabe und im Spinner noch mit der Hand verschieben lassen, Die drei Muttern in der Nabe vor dem Zusammenbau einkleben. Beim Zusammenbau empfehle ich statt der abgebildeten M8 Selbstsichernden Mutter mit zwei Muttern zu kontern.
Die Vertikalachse wird unten in den Rumpf eingesteckt, der 8 mm Innendurchmesser muß sich leicht auf dem 8 mm Rundstab drehen können. Dazu Vertikalachse mit einem Probedruck mit "Horizontale Erweiterung" und "Horizontalloch-Erweiterung" anpassen, oder mit einem 8,2 mm Bohrer bearbeiten. Die Rundstabspitze für leichtes Schwenken wie auf dem Bild in Vertikalachse mit einem Tropfen Kleber einkleben. Der 8 mm Rundstab muß in Vertikalhalter stramm sitzen, der VertikalHalter16x8 passt auf einem 16 mm Stab / Rohr, VertikalHalter0Z5x8 passt für ein 1/2" Wasserleitungsrohr.

1x Edelstahl oder Messing Rundstab 8x12 mit Spitze für Vertikalachse

Thanks to rosch8 for the really great original wind turbine.
After the original wind turbine had been running without any problems for some time, I wanted to make it bigger. Increased the hub, rotor blade and spinner to 150% and changed the bearing seats and screw mount. The rotor diameter is now about 620 mm. A stainless steel threaded rod is attached to the fuselage with two nuts, I secured the nuts with two-component glue. The rotor is mounted with two ball bearings 608 ZZ. rosch8 has created the rotor blade geometry very well, which allows the rotor to reach impressive speeds. The rotor blades are available in four versions, No-Normal, Wl-Winglet, Br-Braking Wing, 225x225 fits on print bed 225x225 mm. Seven different tail units can be mounted.
The outer rings of the bearings rest against the hexagonal surfaces of the rotor blades, smooth these surfaces and measure the dimension. Scale Distance23 in the cutting program to the same length or slightly larger. The bearings must still be able to be moved by hand in the hub and in the spinner. Glue the three nuts into the hub before assembly. When assembling, I recommend countering with two nuts instead of the M8 self-locking nut shown.
The vertical axis is inserted into the bottom of the fuselage, the 8 mm inner diameter must be able to rotate easily on the 8 mm rod. To do this, adjust the vertical axis with a test print with "Horizontal expansion" and "Horizontal hole expansion", or work with an 8.2 mm drill. Glue the round rod tip in the vertical axis with a drop of glue for easy swiveling as shown in the picture. The 8 mm rod must sit tight in the vertical holder, the VertikalHalter16x8 fits on a 16 mm rod / tube and VertikalHalter0Z5x8 fits a 1/2" water pipe.

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
