Update!! Active Heat Chamber for enclosure here:
https://www.printables.com/model/1193992-flsun-sr-active-mini-chamber-heater
Prints larges parts undivided pieces is necessary 3D printer with minimum 300x300mm bed printing on the diagonal. Added split parts for smaller bed 3D printer or SR itself.
Added STEP files if you want to modify.
Polyhedral shape.
655x115mm acrylic panels (9 sheets). Simply use clear tape for panel seams.
You may prefer to cut the 3 center panels at 655x120mm and it´s good idea too with adhesive backed 20mm wide by 1mm thick neoprene rubber strip to go around the top and bottom edges to give more snug fitting of the sheets. Thanks darpstone ;)
For splitted models use M3 screws 10mm length and nuts.
The hinges are attached to the profiles with 25mm M3 bolts screws and Nut drop T-slot.
Simmetry design, aperture side interchangeable.
You can fix some side if prefer by installing both sides the hinges.
I have used 2.5mm thick panels. It give me enough rigidity for opening and close. Can up to 4mm thick sheet. If you need more stiffness use rods 8mm (aluminum, wood, plastic) in the holes of the axis for hinges.
I use D shape sealing rubber windows for seal side aluminum profile to panels.
50x10mm rectangular neodymium magnets can optionally be used.
