The common plastic drawer rail guides are junk… never had a piece of furniture that at least one didn't break.

Replace them with an improved version.

The opening that goes over the rail on this version is 30mm wide x 7mm tall.
Most drawers use (roughly) ½" (12mm) boards for the sides/back… a #6 x ¾" (19mm) is the best size for installing these.
You will need to mark and (pre)drill new holes for the replacement screws.
