Here I present my designed USB 15W filament dryer, it has a 3Stufen USB heating this is actually intended for clothing and thus waterproof. it is connected via a USB type A port and is available on Amazon. important here you should put the 5 heating pads below in the dryer on top of each other to thus reach the 60 ° C. Auslesen the humidity and the temperature I have provided a recess in which a radio-radiation sensor finds place this is available at Lidl-Online. important note to get the pads inside you should once cut the supply cable otherwise you do not get it through the cable feedthrough. (Soldering iron necessary) or Wago clamps.

Printing settings to reduce the printing time to 24H for the case, Per part about 11h 30 min:
Recommended extruder: Direct extruder
Nozzle diameter: 0,4mm
Line width: 0,8 mm
Layer height: 0.27mm
Print speed: 70mm/s Inflill, reduce outer wall to 60%, 25mm/s ridge layer
Temperature: 240°C / 75° C
Required additional components: 4x ball bearing type 608zz, Filametfittig, one piece Bowden

Hier stelle ich meinen Entworfenen USB 15W Filament Trockner vor, er Verfügt über eine 3Stufen USB Heizung diese ist eigentlich für Kleidung gedacht und auch somit Wasserdicht. angeschlossen wird es über einen USB Typ A Anschluss und ist bei Amazon erhältlich. wichtig dabei sollte man die 5 Heizpads unten in den Trockner übereinander legen um somit die 60°C zu erreichen. Auslesen der Feuchtigkeit und der Temperatur habe ich eine Aussparung vorgesehen in dem ein Funk-Wettersensor platz findet diese ist bei Lidl-Online erhältlich. wichtiger Hinweis um die Pads ins innere zu bekommen sollten man einmal das Zuleitungskabel auftrennen sonst bekommt man es nicht durch die Kabel Durchführung. (Lötkolben notwendig) oder Wago klappklemmen.
