Puff pastry cookie cutter for cast iron cocottes

I quickly needed a simple cookie cutter for my cast iron cocottes to cook some (vegan) patties with. A simple 180mm diameter ring with a sharp edge to cut puff pastry (or pasta dough, etc.).To stabilize the ring I used a little anarchist kid stuff, just in case you're irritated.
