Proxon Drill Press (Remix)

Addition 12/09/2022:
I have added an end stop to the drill press. It consists of the Endanschlag rechts, Endanschlag links, and an additional Handrad-M3. The end stop can be mounted later. Don't forget to loosen the handwheel-M3 when adjusting the height.

I made the Klammer.stl 0.2mm thinner. This ensures a better grip on the bars.

This is a drill press with height adjustment for a Proxxon FBS 240/E drill. It is based on a draft by galaxius on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:754248. This design was intended for a Dremel drill. However, the dimensions differ from those of the Proxxon machine. So I adjusted the mounts for the drill press. I changed some details, like the Verbinder and the Zahnrad, because I'm using a 6mm and not an 8mm threaded rod. I had the 6mm threaded rod right there. I designed the handle according to my imagination. In addition, I designed a height adjustment for the drill press. Furthermore, handwheels for M3 and M4. Unless they were designed by me, the STL files are the originals from galaxius. If you own the Dremel drill press, you can still use this thing. Then use the galaxius Dremel mounts.

Ergänzung 09.12.2022:
Ich habe den Bohrständer um einen Endanschlag ergänzt. Er besteht aus den Teilen Endanschlag rechts, Endanschlag links und einem weiteren Handrad-M3. Der Endanschlag kann nachträglich moniert werden. Vergessen Sie nicht das Handrad-M3 zu lösen wenn Sie die Höhe verstellen.

Die Klammer.stl habe ich um 0,2mm dünner gemacht. Dadurch wird ein besserer Halt an den Stangen gewährlistet.

Einige Details, wie den Verbinder und das Zahnrad, habe ich geändert, da ich eine 6mm- und keine 8mm Gewindestange verwende. Die 6mm Gewindestange hatte ich gerade da. Den Griff habe ich nach meiner Vorstellung gestaltet. Zusätzlich habe ich eine Höhenverstellung für den Bohrständer konstruiert. Ferner, Handräder für M3 und M4.Die STL Files sind, soweit sie nicht von mir konstruiert sind, die Originalen von galaxius. Wenn Sie die Dremel Bohrmaschine besitzen, können Sie dieses Thing trotzdem nutzen. Verwenden Sie dann Die Halterungen für die Dremel von galaxius.
