Airsoft Kar98K scope mount

Back in the day I had the original DBoys shell-ejecting Kar98K when the company still existed. I believe it is now Double Bell owned. They began to produce their own clone.

I purchased the scope and mounting hardware for the DBoys at the time but found it did not fit my new skirmishable Kar98K which was made by Matrix:

Not to be disheartened I designed and printed my own scope mounting bracket which works. It is even slightly lower profile than the metal mount. When fitting the brackets onto your scope I would suggest some thin foam strips from art stores like Michael's for both a more snug fit but also to not scratch the paint of your scope.
