Description
I liked the original hiding the screws but it had so many problems.
Original needed too many supports. This prints with no supports: the hook inside has been turned so supports are not needed within the hook, the neck has been lengthen down to meet the bed, and the hook has been angled to print vertically without supports.
when I screwed the original base in, the base would tend to spin around freely whenever I tried to put the hook on. This revision accepts two drywall screws so it can't spin.
If you put the original base in the hook to test how well it fit, the base would become stuck inside the hook. This revision has a platform on the base that can be used to take it off the hook. You can also use needle nose plyers on the two screw holes to help turn the base while inside the hook.
This is much stronger than the original.
I printed this at 0.32mm with a 0.4 nozzle. Hook took about 23 minutes, base took 5.
Updated to work at 0.2mm height but really that's just wasting time if you have a standard 0.4 nozzle, 0.32mm height prints fine.
