FULLY parametric Fusion360 model to hold a TPLink N300 travel router (this one) to a 2020 rail. Includes mount as well as a cover. These routers are a great way to get WiFi to an otherwise Ethernet board like a Duet 2 Maestro, which was the use case here.
I wound up zip-ting the cover on as it was peeling away enough for me to want to do something about it. I didn't want to re-print everything just to add this feature with a design adjustment, but feel free to do a more proper fix. Should be REALLY easy to do though as the design uses only one sketch and extrudes different directions in Fusion360. If you do this, PLEASE remix this as I'd love to see what people come up with.
Works great when powered off of an LM2596 24v-to-USB plug using the mount that I've remixed here. If you do this, this USB cable is a great way to mount everything close but get cable management for not much money (why are super-short MicroUSB cables so hard to find? That was the ONLY one I found). Short 6" ethernet cables like these might help as well depending on your setup. Might want a 9" or a foot-long instead however.
None of the Amazon links are referrer links btw, I use this "extra URL fluff" remover tool to keep links short and simple.
Print with enough shells so every layer of the tab is a shell -- you're torquing down on this part, you want the maximum rigidity here.
