- Boa offers warranty replacements
- I broke the dial on my cycling boots
- the warranty process took way too long to arrive so I made my own tool to stand in for the knob
- the remnants of the knob were sufficient to turn it, but was extremely uncomfortable/painful to operate
- luckily it broke in such a way that 2 channels remained with which I could key into with a tool
- this tool will only work if your dial still has the same channels after breaking
