UPDATE:

Improved the rotator further so no gluing is required, as this was giving me issues with the pins getting stuck.
Also I added a nicer AC logo, you may need to adjust the sizing in your slicer software

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Some sanding will be required to get the ratchet rack to fit in perfectly.
I built this in a week with minimal sanding.
New/improved parts include:

• outer blade low friction
  -ratchet gear custom
  -rotator improved
  -pin
  -side tabs
  -cover plate with hole
  -ac logo
  -templar ring
  -case pins

follow the instructions on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1844688 for how to build it, I hope the other parts are intuitive. the rotator in the original design utilized a leaf spring but I found it was plastically deforming too much, so I redesigned it to the original specs (found in pictures of the original design).
