Abdeckung für Profile 2020 für Kabelketten

Beim Voron laufen zwei Kabelketten direkt auf dem 202er Profil. Problem dabei: Die Ketten sind recht weit entfernt fest gemacht und tendieren dazu, vom Profil leicht abzurutschen und es gibt darunter keine Abdeckung für die Nut des 202 Profils, was dann unweigerlich verdreckt.

Meine Lösung ist eine Abdeckung, die man in die Profilnut einklickt und die einen Abweiser hat, der die Kabelkette zurück auf das Profil schiebt. Damit wird z.B. beim Voron die Kollision der vertikalen mit der X-Achsen Kette verhindert.

Das STL ist sehr klein! Bitte verlängert im Slicer das Modell in Z-Richtung so lange, wie ihr es braucht.

Gedruckt werden sollte es senkrecht nach oben und im vase-mode (spiralisiert). Eventuell unten einen Brim anbringen, damit der hohe Turm nicht abknickt, wenn ihr leichte Haftungsprobleme auf dem Bett habet.

With the Voron, two cable chains run directly on the 202 profile. Problem with this: The chains are fastened quite far away and tend to slip off the profile easily and there is no cover underneath for the groove of the 202 profile, which then inevitably gets dirty.

My solution is a cover that clicks into the profile groove and has a deflector that pushes the cable chain back onto the profile. With the Voron, for example, this prevents the vertical chain from colliding with the X-axis chain.

The STL is very small! Please extend the model in the Z-direction in the slicer as long as you need it.

It should be printed vertically upwards and in vase mode (spiral). Possibly attach a brim at the bottom so that the high tower does not buckle if you have slight adhesion problems on the bed.
