Wind Turbine LED Lighting

Habe für das Windrad 620 mm einen LED-Beleuchtungs-Aufsatz gebaut.
Der Spinner wird einfach durch SpinnerUT und SpinnerLED ersetzt. Die ganze LED-Einheit kann schnell, mit nur zwei Schrauben, ab- und wieder angebaut werden. Im SpinnerLED sitzen ein 35 mm Schrittmotor mit kleinem Rastmoment und 3 helle weiße 5 mm LEDs. Die LEDs (siehe unten) max. 3,5V, 7150 mcd, halten 5 V Sperrspannung aus und sind direkt, ohne Gleichrichter, antiparallel an den Schrittmotor angeschlossen. Die beiden Spulen am Schrittmotor sind in Reihe an den LEDs angeschlossen.
Durch das kleine Rastmoment des Schrittmotors, dreht sich das Windrad auch noch bei leichtem Wind. Da diese LEDs erst ab 2,5 V zum Leuchten beginnen, muss dafür der Wind schon stärker wehen. An die LEDs habe ich Leitungen gelötet, mit Schrumpfschlauch isoliert und dann die LEDs mit 2-Komponenten-Kleber eingeklebt. Möglicherweise baue ich noch eine zweite Version mit unten genannten SMD-LEDs, die leuchten schon ab 2 V und leuchten bei stärkerem Wind noch viel heller und halten die Spannung niedriger, weil sie mehr Spitzenleistung haben.
Die Kupplung habe ich mit TPU gedruckt und passt auf das Zahnrad des Schrittmotors und auf die Selbstsichernde Mutter M8. Der Schrittmotor stammt vermutlich von einem Canon Tintenstrahldrucker.

I built an LED lighting attachment for the wind turbine 620 mm.
The spinner is simply replaced by SpinnerUT and SpinnerLED. The entire LED unit can be quickly removed and reinstalled with just two screws. The SpinnerLED contains a 35 mm stepper motor with a small cogging torque and 3 bright white 5 mm LEDs. The LEDs (see below) max. 3.5V, 7150 mcd, withstand 5 V blocking voltage and are connected directly, without a rectifier, anti-parallel to the stepper motor. The two coils on the stepper motor are connected in series to the LEDs.
Due to the small detent torque of the stepper motor, the wind turbine still turns in light wind. Since these LEDs only start to light up at 2.5 V, the wind has to be stronger for this. I soldered wires to the LEDs, insulated them with shrink tubing and then glued them in with 2-component glue. I may build a second version with the SMD LEDs mentioned below, which light up from just 2 V and shine even brighter in stronger winds and keep the voltage lower because they have more peak power.
I printed the coupling with TPU and fits onto the gear wheel of the stepper motor and onto the self-locking nut M8. The stepper motor probably comes from a Canon inkjet printer.
