Schnurschalter für Shelly Relais Sonoff Mini und Shelly Mini

Es handelt sich um ein sehr kompaktes Gehäuse (ca.50x90x20mm) für die WLAN-Relais von Shelly für Lampen und Leuchten oder für andere elektrische Geräte mit zweiadriger Zuleitung. Ich habe damit mehrere Schnurschalter ersetzt um Lampen sie zu steuern und zu dimmen. Es ist so gestaltet, dass alle Relais von Shelly (Shelly 1, 1L, Dimmer 2, RGBW2, 2,5, Plus 1, Plus 2,..) eingebaut werden können. Es gibt unterschiedliche Deckel, die unterschiedliche Konfigurationen von Wipptastern aufnehmen können. Entweder einen oder zwei 20mm Rundtaster oder einen oder zwei rechteckigen Tasten.

Die Kontakte dieser Taster sind leider zu lange, weshalb sie gekürzt werden müssen damit das Gehäuse geschlossen werden kann.

Im Deckel werden vier M3 Gewindeinsätze (D4,4x5,5mm) verwendet, der Boden wird mit vier Schrauben M3x10 (M3x8 bei Shelly Mini) verschraubt.
Beim Zusammenbau werden Taster und Schalter in den Deckel montiert bzw. eingelegt und alle elektrischen Verbindungen und Anschlüsse werden hergestellt bevor der Boden verschraubt wird.
Deckel und Boden klemmen beim Verschrauben eine handelsübliche zweiadrige Leitung (ca. 5,5x3,2mm) und sorgen für eine sichere Zugentlastung.

Gedruckt habe ich die Gehäuseteile auf meinem Auxiliary Sidewinder X1 in PETG mit einer 0,4mm Düse und einer Schichtdicke von 0,2mm.

Achtung: Auf Grund der lebensgefährliche elektrischen Spannung sollten nur Personen mit entsprechender Befähigung das Gerät zusammenbauen und verwenden.

Cord switch for Shelly relay and Sonoff mini

This is a very compact housing (ca.50x90x20mm) for the WLAN relays from Shelly for lamps and lights or for other electrical devices with two-wire supply line. I have replaced with it several cord switches of to control lamps them and to dim. It is designed to fit all relays from Shelly (Shelly 1, 1L, Dimmer 2, RGBW2, 2.5, Plus 1, Plus 2,..). There are different lids that can accommodate different configurations of rocker switches. Either one or two 20mm round buttons or one or two rectangular buttons.

The contacts of these pushbuttons are unfortunately too long, so they have to be shortened so that the housing can be closed.

Four M3 threaded inserts (D4,4x5,5mm) are used in the lid, the base is screwed with four M3x10 (Shelly Mini M3x8) screws.
During assembly, pushbuttons and switches are mounted or inserted into the lid and all electrical connections and terminals are made before the base is screwed into place.
Lid and base clamp a standard two-wire cable (approx. 5.5x3.2mm) during screwing and provide a secure strain relief.

I printed the case parts on my Auxiliary Sidewinder X1 in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer thickness of 0.2mm.
