This is my latest development of a free-to-use Core XY 3D Printer to be build based on 3030 aluminium extrusions in build sizes 200³ and 300³.

The HCV [MK1] is an open frame build DIY 3D-Printer inspired by the Hypercube Evolution 3D Printer. The Printer and its parts are completely re-designed from scratch for most to gain more flexibility, ease of build, high performance parts for fast print speeds, more accuarcy & a better user experience.

The Documentation is based on Four Foundation Pillars, each of which is linked to the central core:

29.04.2023: Revision of the Electronics Build Assemblies regarding the temperature control unit: The W1209 controller ist now placed embedded in the left front panel to access the temperature reading
and controller settings directly from outside the printer (Revision of ASM-EC-BA-200 (rev. C), ASM-EC-BA-300 (rev. C), GC-DB-3M-200 (rev. B), GC-DB-3M-300 (rev. A), GC-MP-47-65 (rev.A) & GC-MP-37-52 (rev.A)
- In Addition the enclosed printer is now equiped with a second W1209 temp. control unit which interacts with a newly added Fan Unit to ventilate/temperate the build job chamber.
- Wiring schemes revised regarding the temp. control changes. EC-WS-00-0A (Rev. D), EC-WS-00-0B (rev. C) - now used for enclosed HCV printers instead of showing the BLTouch wiring.
- The following assemblies were decommissioned due to changes above: ASM-EC-TR-00. ASM-EC-LB-0A/0B

Dies ist meine neueste Entwicklung eines Core XY 3D Druckers, der auf Basis von 3030 Aluminiumprofilen in den Größen 200³ und 300³ gebaut wird.

Der HCV [MK1] ist ein DIY 3D-Drucker in offener Bauweise, dessen Konzept auf dem Hypercube Evolution 3D-Drucker basiert. Der Drucker und seine Teile wurden von Grund auf neu entwickelt, um mehr Flexibilität, einfache Bauweise, hochleistungsfähige Teile für schnelle Druckgeschwindigkeiten, mehr Genauigkeit und eine bessere Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu erreichen.

(Hinweis: Die Step Daten sind exemplarisch und werden regelmäßig aktualisiert, sind jedoch nicht führendes Revisionssystem (siehe 2D-Zeichnungen) und es besteht daher kein Anspruch auf Exaktheit des Revisionsstandes im Step modell.)

Wichtig: Alle Arbeiten sollten mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt werden. Bei Arbeiten an elektrischen Bauteilen ist stets darauf zu achten, dass diese von der Stromversorgung getrennt sind. Nur geeignetes Werkzeug verwenden und Schutzmaßnahmen treffen, um den Schutz von Leib und Leben zu gewährleisten. 19.08.2023: Überarbeitung der XY-Achse: F623ZZ-Flanschlager nun als Umlenkrollen verwendet. Die Standard Z-Probe des Druckkopfes ist jetzt superPINDA, da der IR-Sensor zu unzuverlässig ist. Die Bauplatte der Z-Achse ist jetzt aus magnetischem Federstahl (PEI). Standard Hotend jetzt Trianglelab TD6S. Revisionsverwaltung für STL-Dateinamen hinzugefügt. Z-Achse TR8x4 Gewindespindel als Standard für HCV300 - TR10 entfernt.
