THIS IS UNTESTED, PRINT AND USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This is a 2020 mount for my "Latching Spool Holder Dry Storage System for Rubbermaid 21 Cup Storage Containers", which was designed as a flexible drybox spoolholder. The design here is just the latching base with a raised mount to attach it to a 2020 extrusion, the spool holder parts from the original design will be needed to use with this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4967884).

Since I have no use for this right now, I have not tried printing it. Although I did my best to avoid problems in printing and assembly, I do not know if it will be robust enough. So this is strictly a use it your own risk design (it may not work out, and it is a long print).

I have not printed this, but if I did, I would use the orientation shown in the pics (use Cura's "lay flat" option to get it flat to the bed). I suggest using 3 walls minimum, and a high infill to give the part as much strength as possible (I test sliced it with 3 walls and 60% gyroid infill).

Note that there is a small path to chase a wire to mount a light under the bottom of the mount, and a cover part which could be used as a diffuser. However if a LED is mounted under the base, care should be taken that it does not get too warm and is a lower power LED. The diffuser was designed as a snap in fit, but it may need to be glued (again this is not tested).

If you print it, please provide feedback so it can be improved. I currently have no use for this thing, but thought I would post the design in case somebody wanted to test it or improve it. The STEP file is included for easy remixing.

These will be needed in order to assemble the base:

5x M4x12mm (or 14mm) flat head screws
5x M4 lock nuts
3x M4x10mm button or cap head screws
3x M4 washers
3x M4 t-nuts
