Air Assist adapter Laser LC400 pro (Laser D-B5500S)

Air Assist autorealizzato perchè non sono riuscito a trovare in commercio un adattatore per air assist 100% compatibile con il mio engraver laser economico (LC400 Pro)
Avevo realizzato un prototipo a fissaggio magnetico, come la schermatura rossa, da sostituire a quest'ultima, ma l'ho abbandonato perchè questa alternativa è molto molto più efficiente.
Per fissarlo bisogna rimuovere la ghiera che tiene la lente (facendo attenzione a non far cadere la lente) e poi avvitandolo al suo posto, il pezzo stampato non è filettato ovviamente, e stampato che faccia un po' di interferenza così da filettarsi nel momento in cui viene avvitato, per questo motivo la prima volta che lo si applica bisogna fare attenzione ad avvitarlo stando ben perpendicolari.
Ho poi collegato una pompa da acquario, bel più economica delle varie Sculpfun e simili che si trovano in giro e il risultato è stato ottimo, ora i tagli vengono perfetti senza nessun ingiallimento dovuto ai fumi.

Per Natale mi hanno chiesto di realizzare alcune cosette, prima di questa modifica usavo una ventola e un soffiatore posizionati vicino, ma il risultato era scadente e l'oggetto doveva poi essere carteggiato per diventare passabile, ma gli ultimi realizzati con l'air assist non li ho minimamente toccati e li reputo già accettabili, vi allego alcuni esempi per capire meglio.
La pallina con scritto Giada è stata passata parecchio sulla smerigliatrice a nastro per ottenere quel risultato, perché i bordi del taglio erano tutti ingialliti (pur usando base a nido d'ape, ventola e soffiatore collocati il più vicino possibile) mentre le altre che vedete sono rimaste così come appena fatte.

I had created a magnetic fixing prototype, such as the red shield, to replace it, but I abandoned it because this alternative is much more efficient.
To fix it you have to remove the ring that holds the lens (taking care not to drop the lens) and then screwing it in place, the molded piece is obviously not threaded, and molded that it makes a little interference so as to thread itself when to which it is screwed, for this reason the first time you apply it you have to be careful to screw it while being perpendicular.
I then connected an aquarium pump, much cheaper than the various Sculpfun and similar that are around and the result was excellent, now the cuts are perfect without any yellowing due to the fumes.

For Christmas they asked me to make some little things, before this modification I used a fan and a blower positioned nearby, but the result was poor and the object then had to be sanded to become passable, but the last ones made with the air assist did not I have touched them in the slightest and I consider them already acceptable, I am attaching some examples to better understand.
The ball with Giada written was passed a lot on the belt sander to obtain that result, because the edges of the cut were all yellowed (even using the honeycomb base, fan and blower placed as close as possible) while the others you see they remained as they were just made.
