Mini Air Base

First of all, thank you so much for looking here!

So this is a remix, but I changed quite a bit, and it looks really good. I made a simpler design for pla printing.

Axis and Allies:
So, I play 1941, and this is not a thing or idea that came with the game, so when I found this, I really liked it and I made some rules for it.

Rules:
Cost: 5 IPC
Attack: 0
Defend: 1
Move: 0 (permanent placing)
*Can be mobilized anywhere there is a capital city and one you control, or one
that has a manufacturing plant
*Allows any aircraft stationed there to fly one extra sector.
*The air base can't move so there for can't attack
*The air base can't be captured; only destroyed, so it can defend
land based threats and shore bombardments, as well as air assaults.
*It shall be treated as a piece that can be selected to take a hit.
*If the enemy destroys this base, they instantly gain 5 ipc's
