Vacuum Tweezer
The evolution of my tweezers began many years ago, but this version appeared at the beginning of last summer. I want to clarify right away that this model was created for the future vacuum machine, which is already working in the prototype, but it still needs a lot of work on it. The vacuum machine itself is multifunctional, it is connected to: vacuum tweezers; tool for desoldering DIP components; PNP machine; plastic molding on vacuum. Operating vacuum up to -90 kPa, built-in controller, etc... But today we are not talking about that, but about the tweezers themselves...
Why am I telling all this... because this tweezers is controlled using a Touch-contact through a controller, BUT it can be used without a controller with any vacuum pump and without electronics, simply leaving only one hole, blocking it with a finger - there is a vacuum and the part is captured, let's release - the part is free...
Yes, repeating with the wires inside is another occupation, taking a long time with this, but it turned out ...
