Off-road conversion plates for shoes

So this is actually completely my idea, and it started on a summer evening(ra da da ra ta ah) when I slipped in a puddle with my crocs on. I've only had them for 2 years and the traction is already destroyed, so I got thinking and I made these! I made them small plates so you can keep changing them out, because they wear out eventually. Also, be careful, it could scratch hard floors. I personally really like them and they are effective. Right now I'm trying to come up with a way to attach them, but in a way that you can remove them with ease, without them falling off. Maybe strong Velcro?
