Mantis Mosquito Orbiter for BLV Cube Metal Kit

This is a modification of the Mantis Dual 5015 toolhead for use on a BLV MGN Cube with the metal kit.
It has also been modified to use the Orbiter v2 extruder and Mosquito hotend.

The BLTouch(and Biqu Microprobe) offset x=0.00, y=-29.00mm, z=0.00 Assuming Y=0.00 at front corner.

Please note:
This design uses the stock Mosquito cooling fan, and has attempted to keep as close as possible to the original hole spacings and positions of the WingZero Mantis Toolhead for Mosquito hotends.
I have attempted to place the Mosquito hotend's nozzle tip as close as possible to the original BLV hotend in terms of height (though have compromised a little) and have ensured the nozzle is centred to the metal carriage.

Most of the screw mounts have been made to accept multiple screw length variations where possible, as I know there is often variations from one source to the next.
The Mosquito should mount with the factory provided screws. The Orbiter should mount with likewise recommended screw sizes.

You will currently need m3 x6 (5mm OD) heat inserts for the duct mounts.

[UPDATE 29/06/2023] Fixed mounting options after testing. May have some smaller improvements to come, including strengthening certain areas... more testing required. Removed multiple versions of bltouch mount. May reintroduce variants of different height offsets if there is a demand for it. Otherwise a spacer may be used for differences with non-genuine BLTouch units.

[UPDATE - 25/05/2023] Uploaded heavily revised versions of BLTouch (spec) which has been converted to use heat inserts for most threads, and a new version for the Biqu Microprobe!

[UPDATE - 15/02/2023] V3 to-spec version - reinforced BLTouch mount, air guard and cleaned up some parts to help with printing.
Once I have confirmed BLTouch clearances with bed vs. nozzle, I will update the other probe versions.

[UPDATE - 29/01/2023] I have uploaded a 2nd version with BLTouch mount. This positions the BLTouch 29mm away from the nozzle centre along the y-axis.

[UPDATE 2 - 29/01/2023] I have also produced two new versions, "clone" has been provided which corrects the height offset in accordance with some slightly taller clones of BLTouch. Note: The "ToSpec" BLTouch mount should raise the BLTouch by an extra 0.75mm over the "Mantis_MGN12_Metal_BLV_Mosquito_BLTouch_v1.stl" version, and the "Clone" version lifts the BLTouch mount 2mm from the "ToSpec" version.
