Canned Cat Food Splitter

I could not find a 3D design for these that really provided all I wanted. This design has thin dividers yet rigidly supported, is easily handled in use, and keeps your fingers out of the food! It simply divides portions of the common 5.5 oz (156 g) can of cat food (like pate) into equal thirds or fourths of a can. After dividing, each portion usually pops out easily in one piece, using a fork.

For the smaller 3 oz (85 g) cans, you can scale down the STL on your slicer to about 70%. The purple divider in the photo above was scaled to 68%, a bit small.

No supports are needed for most FDM printers if printed in the orientation provided in the STL. The CatCanDivider3x file is for thirds, the CatCanDivider4x is for fourths. I'm also providing the source FreeCAD files (*.FCStd) in case you want to make custom changes for your own special purposes.
