Netatmo rain gauge snow melter insert

Module to insert into the Netatmo Rain Gauge in an attempt to melt snow.

I've used a nrf52832 Bluetooth LE module to control the heating pads attached into the top of the upside-down cone inside the rain gauge.

The bottom section measures 16mm.
The middle section measures 34mm.
The top section measures 19mm with some of the top cut off from the height to make room for wires.

m3 nuts and bolts for fastening the sections together.
