Creality Ender 3 LCD Cover in Style of Original Prusa i3 MK3S+

#Motivation Even though I'm a diehard Ender 3 fanboy, I do love the look of the Prusa i3 MK3S+'s LCD screen. #How I did it I downloaded the open source Prusa files. Opened the STL files in SolidWorks. Cut the wanted parts up. Rearranged them. Then designed the rest of the case so it fits the Ender LCD screen. #Edit 3/1/2023 Added version that goes under bed
