Direct Extruder for Flying Bear 4/4S

Прямой экструдер для Летающего медведя 4S, вероятно подойдет и для 4.
Использовал набор для экструдера с алиэкспресс (см фото).

1. Конструкция этого экструдера не уменьшает печатное поле.
2. Постарался максимально уменьшить длину филамента между зубчатым приводом филамента и соплом.

Есть маленькая проблема: у мотора nema14 шестеренка посажена очень близко к мотору. Чтобы шестеренка мотора и ведомая шестеренка толкателя филамента оказались на одном уровне надо на большой шестеренке укоротить фланец посадки на вал так, чтобы подшипник выступал над поверхностью шестеренки на 2 мм (как показано на рисунке). Можно аккуратно срезать пластик ножом. После этого сточить лишнее с валика, укоротить сам валик, потому что он упирается в посадочную поверхность мотора.

Много винтов M3 с потайной головкой. Люблю потайные.
Особо не старался привести крепеж к стандартным длинам, просто отрезал нужной длины.
Некоторые детали требуют точной посадки, поэтому вероятно придется поработать напильником. При печати деталей, компенсацию размеров по горизонтали (X/Y) выставлял -0,05 мм.

Край тефлоновой трубки надо отрезать клином и в натяг засунуть в отверстие до шестеренок, чем ближе тем лучше.
Чуть позже попробую выложить версию без трубок.

Used a set for an extruder from Aliexpress (see photo). There is a small problem: the nema 14 motor has a gear set very close to the motor. In order for the gears to be on the same level, it is necessary to shorten the flange at the large gear so that the bearing protrudes 2 mm above the surface of the gear (as shown in the figure). You can carefully cut off the plastic with a knife. After that, shorten the roller, because it rests against the motor.

I used M3 countersunk screws.
The horizontal size compensation was set to -0.05 mm .
The extruder does not limit the printing area.
I tried to minimize the length of the filament between the extruder and the nozzle.
The edge of the Teflon tube should be cut off like a wedge and thrust into the hole up to the gears.
Later I will post a version without tubes.
