Summary

A simplified remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3770166. The visible edges have been smoothed to be a simple square (with rounded corners), and the hexagon cutout has been filled (the hex nut that came with my rotary encoder didn't fit inside the original version's cutout).

I printed mine with PETG and sanded the top using progressively finer sandpaper for a smooth, polished finish.
